Success Story
Two young Saudi men with physical disabilities, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Shammari and Mr. Nawaf Al-Anzi, were appointed to the company’s telephone sales department after accessibility measures were implemented to accommodate their lower limb weakness and difficulty walking.
Thanks to God, after only two months of employment, they became among the best employees in the sales department, achieving customer satisfaction rates exceeding 90%. Their outstanding performance led to an initiative within the company to employ more people with disabilities in similar positions, providing them with the necessary training.
